RV PARKING INFO

RVs are welcome at Bonnaroo (who can resist a party on wheels?). There will be a limited number of designated RV-only parking areas in both the GA and VIP campgrounds, and all RVs must park there.

Every RV will need a Bonnaroo RV Pass, which can be purchased at the same time as your ticket. GA and VIP ticket-holders must purchase a pass matching their ticket level. An RV requires only one pass, but, as you’d expect, every person in the RV must possess a festival ticket to enter. Got that?

A Companion vehicle pass is required for any vehicle accompanying an RV into the designated GA RV camping area. One companion vehicle is allowed per RV, and must arrive at the same time to the site.

RV spaces are pretty limited, so if you don’t have an RV Pass, you won’t be allowed to enter with your RV, no matter how much you plead. Once your RV is parked, plan to stay put. You may not move to another space, and if you leave, you surrender your space and become a wandering RV with no place to call home. There will not be any hookups or dumping areas on-site. But don’t worry: a company on-site will empty your holding tanks and refill your water for a reasonable fee.

According to our Bonnaroo dictionary, an RV is defined as any vehicle equal of, or larger either in length, width or height than an average 15-passenger van (230.8″ x 79.3″ x 82.3″). This means any oversized vehicle, trailer, towed camper or bus is considered to be an RV. (Important: A box truck is not an RV. It is a box truck and box trucks are not allowed.)

To gain entry, your RV must fit into a 20′ X 50′ space (including slides or awnings). That’s bigger than a badminton court and larger than most apartments. Tents, canopies and badminton nets may be set up next to your RV as long as they fit within the designated space.

RV and VIP RV passes are sold for $225.00 (including service fees). GA and VIP ticket-holders must purchase a pass matching their ticket level.

RV + Companion vehicle passes are sold for $250.00 (including service fees).
Companion vehicle passes allow an accompanying vehicle into the designated camping area next to the RV camping area, and must arrive at the same time to the site.

Additional Payment Plan Information

Your first payment will serve to secure your ticket(s). All subsequent payments will be automatically charged to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
All ticket fees including shipping will be added to your 1st payment.
IMPORTANT: If, for any reason, any of your payments are declined, in whole or in part, then all of the following will apply: (i) your order and your tickets will be cancelled (ii) any payment received as of that date will be kept by Bonnaroo as partial offset for your default, (iii) you will still owe the balance of the full amount due for each ticket and you authorize Musictoday and Bonnaroo to charge your credit card for any balance due, (iv) Musictoday and Bonnaroo will be entitled to pursue all of their legal and equitable remedies to recover the full payment from you, and (v) you agree to pay all costs of collection incurred by Musictoday or Bonnaroo, including legal fees, that they may incur in collecting the balance of each ticket price. Payment plan tickets are subject to all of the other terms of the ticketing agreement.

VIP FOOD PROGRAM

 

The renowned TomKats Catering Group will be providing food for the VIP food program. With over 20 years experience working on thousands of production sets including 30 Rock, Sex and the City, The Sopranos, I Am Legend, and American Gangster, to it’s world-renowned restaurants including the Loveless Cafe, Saffire and SoBro Grill, the talented chefs of TomKats will be on-site providing high-quality, freshly-prepared food in a variety of genres to meet the demands of the most discerning palates. From the Loveless Cafe famous fried chicken and biscuits (seen on the Food Network, the Travel Channel and Martha Stewart) to vegetarian and salad bar options, there will be a wealth of selections to choose from at various food stations each day.

The VIP food program will include lunch and dinner Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A plan may be purchased in advance for $194.50 per person plus applicable service fees for all six meals.

IMPORTANT – VIP food program meal packages are not sold in pairs. If both guests in your VIP party want to participate in the program, you will need to purchase (2) two VIP food program meal packages when purchasing your VIP tickets.

You must purchase VIP tickets to the 2014 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival to participate in the VIP food program. To enter the VIP food area, you will be required to show your VIP wristband and VIP food vouchers. No one without a VIP wristband and VIP food vouchers will be allowed to enter the VIP food area.

WRISTBAND INFORMATION

Each ticket buyer to Bonnaroo 2014 will receive a high security wristband with a uniquely coded RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip embedded inside.  Every wristband will be scanned as you enter & exit the festival site, as well as the Centeroo and Main Venue areas.  
Each package shipped will include detailed instructions on the proper procedure for using your Bonnaroo 2014 wristband.  It is important that you read these instructions and follow them exactly.  Failure to follow these instructions may result in your not being admitted to the festival site.  
If you have any questions about or problems with your wristband, visit one of the Wristband Customer Service stations. There will be three, one located adjacent to the entrance to Centeroo, one near the Bonnaroo Arch at the entrance to the What Stage / main venue, and the last at the Woodland entrance to the What Stage / main venue.

REQUIRED WRISTBAND REGISTRATION:

All Bonnaroovians are required to register his/her RFID wristband. It's your ticket and your investment. Registering will establish its authenticity and ensure that your uniquely coded wristband belongs to you. After registering on Step 1, move on to Step 2 and connect your wristband to OneDrive to create your personalized Bonnaroo photo gallery. You could even win Photo Pit passes for the show of your choice!

WARNING! FAKE TICKETS & WRISTBANDS:

Only wristbands purchased through the Bonnaroo ticket website are guaranteed to be authentic, with properly coded and activated RFID technology.  We do not want any of our fans to be scammed.  Please be aware:

We are not responsible for any counterfeit tickets or wristbands.
In addition, any wristbands reported lost or stolen will have their RFID chip deactivated and will not be valid.
For your own protection, please do not purchase wristbands from any source other than bonnaroo.com or your most trusted friends and family.  Fake or deactivated wristbands may look like the real thing but they will be identified by our scanning system at the front gates.
Those in possession of fake wristbands – or ones reported lost or stolen - will not be admitted to the festival.

We will report back each year to let you know what you’ve made possible. BONNAROO WORKS FUND

Somewhere near the top of our to-do list is “change the world.” So, in 2009, we created the Bonnaroo Works Fund. Administered by the East Tennessee Foundation, the Bonnaroo Works Fund supports regional and national organizations with a mission of making communities healthy in areas of the arts, education, and environmental sustainability; with the goal of local reinvestment and asset building for the community we live, work, and play in. ACCESSIBILITY

There will be an accessible camping area for people with mobility disabilities. No early notification will be required, however a state-issued accessible parking license plate, placard, or hangtag is required to camp in this area. There will be raised platforms at the stage areas for those who use wheelchairs.

TICKET FRAUD

The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival wants to stop ticket abuses and we need your help. Counterfeit ticketing harms everyone. It leads to higher ticket prices to cover losses, leaves fans stranded when bogus tickets are discovered, and causes delays at concert entrances as tickets must be closely inspected to uncover counterfeits. Persons selling counterfeit tickets are committing a crime and may be subject to prosecution, fines and jail time.

We are aware of many instances of counterfeit ticketing and are working hard to keep abuses from happening. But we also know there are even more out there and that new schemes are being devised daily. You can help us stop ticket fraud and protect your concert experience.

If you would like to report an experience with ticket fraud, there will be a Ticket Fraud form coming soon. Meanwhile, remember to purchase your tickets from a trusted source and be sure you have detailed documentation of your purchase when you arrive at the concert venue.

SHIPPING

Domestic shipping for General Admission will be through USPS for $15.50 per order.
Domestic shipping for VIP will be through USPS at $18.50 per order.
Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the country to which the order is being shipped.

 

Orders placed and paid in full by May 9th, will ship no later than May 14th. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Based on your selected shipping method, you should expect your order to arrive between 2-10 business days from receipt of your shipping confirmation email.
